Terms of Service — AgentPay

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentPay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentPay provides payment infrastructure APIs for AI agents and developers. The Service includes REST APIs, documentation, and related tools. It is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
You must not share API keys publicly or commit them to version control.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or authorization
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Resell the Service without written permission

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Top-up amounts and fees are displayed before payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AgentPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Intellectual Property

All code, branding, and documentation are the property of Mohammed Taha Abdullah Dawood Abrah (AgentPay). See LICENSE for details.
